Woke at 223.8, down 3.6 from yesterday. Lost the temporary water. Yesterday's lunch was the last food I had as I was busy running around keeping the GovJam program going last night. It was a huge success and I think will become a tradition. UPDATE: Got to 222.9 by 12:30 pm. That wasn't just 16:8 today but was 24 hours since eating lunch yesterday. UPDATE 2: Down to 222.5 by 3 pm.
