Waking weigh in of 210 and change, but walked to the park, did five trips around the .7 mile path, and walked back to the house. That was 5.25 miles at 4mph and I got a 207.8 upon my return. Lots and lots of carb-induced glycogen and water to get rid of. Ate a light breakfast/lunch and will try to stay on a more even keel today than my last two vacation days!
