Hi Bill, just letting you know I'm around. I don't understand all the numbers, don't understand why you aren't losing, but you know what you're doing. I sound like a broken record :) The way you used to lose weight worked for you. But again you seem to be happy with this new macro thing. As long as you are happy that's what counts.

Hey, Draglist! I found one of those cool scales with the Android/IPhone app that tracks weight, body fat, muscle mass, body water, bone mass. I actually had ordered it a few months ago with a Groupon, but didn't realize what an awesome tool I had bought. Initial stats to be posted tomorrow!
