Fasted 23 hours yesterday and 17 hours today. Had comfort splurge meal for second shot day. "Dirty Chicken" banh mi and Vietnamese vermicelli salad with vegetarian egg roll. So delicious. Also had a couple of bourbons. The drama seems endless. All month we have been expecting things to calm the bleep down, and they keep not doing it! Very exhausting.

Thanks for the good wishes, fs fam! I am blessed to be able to weather what is going on, financially and emotionally. In other circumstances this situation could be catastrophic. Unknown, I hadn't either and it seemed new. It was basically with breaded chicken tenders in a sweet and hot sauce. Kinda like a banh mi answer to the chicken sandwich wars. It was delicious, everything is at this place. I was mad at myself for ordering way too much (a friend was here doing her taxes), but even for 3 it was a stupid amount of food. The Google machine says you can freeze sandwiches, so I packed up some meal prep containers and put them in the basement freezer.
