Drank 1 gallon of water again yesterday. No weight change this morning. Woke up at 3:00am and couldn't go back to sleep. I like to sleep until 5 or 5:30. Got up and did some of my morning stuff, but now (4am) I feel like I might be able to go back to sleep. I usually eat immediately when I wake up, so the early wake-up times have been throwing me off. Ate my morning orange, but will try to wait until at least 5am before I have my actual breakfast. Yesterday, I made a Sugar-Free (almost) Chocolate Eclair Cake. One 3x3" slice (1/12th of a 9x13) is 265 calories. Didn't have any yesterday because I hadn't planned to make it and therefore hadn't reserved enough calories to fit it in. Plan for today includes a slice, which I will probably have today after lunch.
