Yesterday was the seventh day consecutive day that I have met all activity goals. I have not returned to the gym because I know that I'm at a higher risk of contracting the virus. I have been doing body weight exercises at home, taking walk/runs, lifting dumbbells and working out on my Total gym. It has been working well for maintenance but I miss the ability easily gauge strength gains like in the gym. The importance of activity for me is the of burning of calories in my CICO equation.
Yesterday I ate barely under goal, exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF up 0.4%
