Woke at 236.3, up .5 from yesterday. Did three workouts in the late morning. Bodyweight and dumbells, HIIT spinning, and then some shoveling mud outside from my work yesterday. Spent 15 minutes on both sides outside to get some Vitamin D, and then took a quick dip and a shower. Ready for some inside time! Got to 233.2 by 1:30 pm. I liked how mostly OMAD worked yesterday (with protein drinks early). I will continue that. UPDATE: Fasted until 5:30 pm and got a nice 231.9 weigh-in. Ate crack chicken on low carb wraps.
