Not calorie counting because I know it's dangerous to my mental health. However, after a long period of feeling crap, I've started clean eating. Having fruit and yogurt for breakfast makes me feel so much more clean and awake, and I don't regret eating! It also makes me not want to snack more. Highly recommend, I'm feeling way less anxious and self concious, and I had a bad day of eating yesterday, but gained no weight. I'm feeling happier, and I think my previously negative relationship with food is mending :) ♥🥪
