Day 2 of a planned 2 days of mostly ‘no solid food’ fasting
I did a good job getting back to my usual diet yesterday. Out of control eating is tiring. Fasting is good for my body 👍🏾🙌🏾 Could not 🏃🏾♂ run yesterday because of the rain.
