I decided on a huge breakfast this morning. Actually, I planned it last night and had been thinking about it for a month. I tried out two Kodiak Power Cakes (not bad), two eggs, two portions of egg whites, creamed chipped beef and a table spoon of syrup. I will have to govern myself accordingly the rest of today...

Yeah Chrisw, we enjoyed the Kodiak Power Cakes. We got them from Costco on sale.
