Only swam 8 laps today - woke up with my neck hurting, and tonight my back is being a real pain. I DID do better on my eating today, and I even had a little bit of motivation to clean some things up this morning. Finished the end of my prednisone. Arm rash is all better (still finishing up antibiotics). I actually drank SOME water today (which is an improvement over lately). Went to the hematologist this week and found out my iron is very low, and I have to have an iron infusion next week. Hopefully, that will give me some additional energy. I'll also be starting a different "overactive bladder" medication tomorrow which, hopefully, won't exacerbate my ridiculously dry mouth. Go to get a tooth implant installed (under general anesthesia) next Thursday. Went to get my eyes checked day before yesterday, and got a prescription for new glasses. Need to hurry up and lose some weight before I can actually SEE what I look like in the mirror. All this surge of medical stuff is because I was waiting until my Medicare kicked in in June. NOT looking forward to the tooth implant post! Dental work makes me so tense this past year. There, I've caught everybody up on everything happening in my life. Now, don't we all feel better?

All kinds of stuff, from one end to the other! Not surprising that you feel stressed! One step at a time. You'll get through it. Dentistry has improved so much. Really discuss your options for anesthesia, etc.

You swam 8 laps. I consider that a win! You've got your body moving. It's very overwhelming to have all this at once. One day at a time. You've got this. Iron infusion will make you feel much better.
