Woke at 230.8, down 4.0 from yesterday as I fasted all day and pushed out a lot of water. I have an after hours event tonight. Will fast until then if all goes well at work. Depending on what is offered, I may fast through the event. UPDATE: Did not eat anything but did have two red wines and two whiskeys after work. Got to 229.2.
