Woke at 232.4, down 1.2 from yesterday. Lunch at a conference today and then meeting coworkers for oysters and red wine after. UPDATE: Very little food but lots of red wine had Bill forgetting his evening weigh in!

You have a great job, it would be hard for me to maintain my weight with all the food at your meetings,conferences, business lunch,down the stairs food,etc.
