I glad Mira suggested you not go on a 3 day fast. But could you think about just extending your non-eating hours a little. Whatever time you eat breakfast could be extended an hour, and later an hour more. 12 hours is not so long, and eventually some day you may be able to work up to 16 hours, which still leaves you an 8 hour eating window. It is so healthy for you. I sure do not want to put any more pressure on you, you have more than enough. I just mean maybe stretching one extra hour for now. As I remember, it seems you sleep at odd hours. Yes, it still could work. Maybe you could only stretch to 12 hours. If it's too much, forget the whole thing. We love you and just want the best for you. So glad to see you are getting back to healthy eating. Maybe it will help you not to be so stressed out. Congratulations for getting back on the horse or wagon, zip line or sled. "Luge", that's what your life is like, in the Olympics. But maybe you go down the track head first.
