@Keilin_4 - Yes this is the one with Tofu. This place would make you love Tofu because you first boil it in the water then dip it in the mustard sauce (not shown in the picture). Otherwise Tofu has no taste and I am not surprised you were not happy with it.

@Keilin_4 - Thanks! My 'refeeds' are getting 'better', but, today (Sunday) I plan a "Kentucky Fried Chicken Day"... However, the plan is to STILL to end up with 1600 calories and 60 carbs. If I pull that off, that would *not* be considered a 'binge'.

Well, binge would be whatever you eat out of the plan, the chicken is planned, enjoy it. I would never overeat with chicken or meat. It's hard to eat much of it. 🤔

Sorry but not sure how shabu shabu can be non-keto friendly. Did you have sugar is sauce?! Binge on vegetables?! Don’t think of Chinese cabbage as super high carb but willing to learn.

@Tash23 - Carrots and the miso soup is around 30 carbs. For me, a single "Keto Friendly Meal" is 10 carbs or less.

Gotcha. I guess I think of the miso soup as a separate item but carbs depend a lot on miso soup contents as well.

It's a popular socializing meal over here, with a table-top bbq+hotwater device. Korean bbq, is one name for it, I believe.

60 carbs even without the rice and noodles, wow! Still looks delicious and really on the grand scheme of things, not a total blow out. Healthy stuff too!

When I calculated miso soup it was 8 carbs.

@Tash23 - Add in the lettuce and onions you will get it up to 30 carbs. When we say 'miso soup' we are not talking about just the 'hot water' and spices :)
