@wifey9707 - I'm on my way out the door to a Physical Therapy appointment, but I will post the recipe when I return. I hadn't done it yet, because it is basically just my Keto Hot Dog Bun, sliced and then baked slowly for about an hour. But, I'll post the whole thing.

26.2 g of fiber!?!?!?! I'll be watching for your recipe post. I am moving over the next two days and hope to recommit myself to the fiber and water goals of your challenges after a hectic weekend. (Not gaining while not tracking yippee!) BTW I still want a hotdog since your hotdog post.

Wish we had the capability (and that I had the know-how) to record a video. It's really simple, actually. When you shape them, be sure to wet your hands thoroughly, and make sure you don't make them pointed at the end. You can even shape them like 3-dimentional rectangles if you want. @theVeggieCrusador, you CAN have a hot dog if you make the Keto rolls first - GUILT-FREE!
