Tomorrow will be a very busy day for me. Have to be at the dentist to get my Essix Retainer resized, so I can have my “party tooth.” Then, going to a friend’s for a couple hours. Going to try to get up about 4am again, and get most all of my eating in before I leave, so there won’t be any temptation to eat anything I shouldn’t while I am out. I’ll be without a computer for several hours, so if you try to contact me and don’t get an immediate response, that is why. If someone asks a question on one of the Challenge Forums, perhaps one of my Ole Faithful folks can offer support.

I’m VERY pleased with my weight loss lately! I can’t believe that I’m only 1.5 pounds away from being in the 70’s! WOOHOO. I’m hoping weight will go down again tomorrow. It’s really FUN to see it go down each week – especially after two weeks of goofing off and not taking things seriously.

Now, I’m taking them VERY seriously! I’m purging all the clothes that are too big for me, which means I CAN’T go back into them if I gain weight! Bold move, but a necessary one, I think. On the brighter side, I’m also finding formerly “too small” things that fit me again!

Ok, took my sleep meds, and they’re beginning to kick in – halleluhah! Went to the doctor Tuesday, and got them adjusted. I ALSO got a prescription for physical therapy 2 times a week for 4-6 weeks to count’ as my exercise!!! I don’t have my evaluation appointment until Tuesday, though, so I guess I should go ahead and do my Day #5 exercise before I hit the hay. Working on my knee rehab to try to strengthen my leg and knees so I’ll be able to start “regular” exercises!

I lost 10lbs at PT when I tore my ACL. They worked me like a pro athlete. So grateful. I'll be anxiously awaiting your 1.5 lb drop. Go Debbie Go!

Thanks, everyone! What nice messages to wake up to. For some reason, I woke up at MIDNIGHT, feeling very motivated. I've done two days of Bible reading, filed my feet, moisturized my legs and feet, updated my DA2019-#9 status, and now getting ready to read my Notifications for the morning, post on the DA and Swimsuit Slimdown challenges, send notes to those who've reported in, etc. Have to be at the dentist at noon, and then going to a friend - so LOTS to do before 11:15am!!!
