Not sure i can really call it a "fast" bc i broke it at 14 hours. Black bean burger with hummus on light bun, cottage cheese, salad. It was yummy.

If breakfast is breaking your fast and we sleep 8-9 hours... then wouldn’t going 8-9 hours be considered a fast? 🤔 If I skip breakfast and lunch nobody wants to be around me so I quickly figured out fasting as my for me lol.
