36c 14f 80p under 650 cal for about 8 pancakes 🥞. Half of the carbs were from the protein powder I'm trying to get rid of.

All of their salad dressings are fantastic, they’re mostly made out of vinegar, and I find that I’m just such a condiment addict that it just does the trick every time. I save on hundreds of calories every single salad just because I over do it with regular dressing no matter how hard I try. The stuff is a godsend!
