Woke at 230.0, down 1.4 from yesterday. This week will be lunches and dinners out every day at work. Going to be a fun challenge. UPDATE: Good lunch out with a Cobb Salad and a few chicken wings. Forgot to take a photo until it was almost gone! Weighed 227.4 coming in the door. Ate a lighter dinner but a spoon of natural peanut butter late. Let's see what happens in the morning. Not worrying about weight this month.
