Leftovers from brunch-for-dinner party friday. Reconnected with an old friend, which was really lovely. Was very proud to show how the house is coming along. Salami and veggie frittata, Caesar-ish salad with green leaf lettuce, artichoke hearts, walnuts, garbanzo beans, chow mein noodles, parm and Caesar dressing, roasted potatoes, popovers. Had a bagel thin "jen style" the next day bc the popovers were long gone!

Also, my friend looked in the fridge and told me i had a "model fridge" with all the fruits and veggies prepped and at eye level. I was proud, lol, bc that is not by accident!
