Yesterday I ate under goal and met all activity goals. To my surprise I have a slight gain today but no worries. I have been under my set weight for a few days now and usually I struggle to stay in the "Blue" zone. I'm still chasing a six pack and still believe it is achievable even at my age. BF up .1%
