Lifting Day 200+ carbs planned
🍴 Today there is an all-day work function and they are serving breakfast and lunch. Since I plan to 'carb up' for weight lifting 🏋🏿today anyway, I plan to go ahead and eat whatever carb filled stuff they give me. There is a 90% chance this will send me into a 'carb binge' (an insatiable desire for more carbs), and I will be doing good if I can end the day with less than 200 carbs and under 2k calories.
If I were fasting I would simply fast. Fasting works for me, period.
But if I am eating, I know that I have not been able to 'control' my eating in the past, and nothing has changed.
If I wanted to lose weight, I would, instead, fast during the day today and only eat a low carb meal tonight. I am 'Grateful' that I have this 'choice'. This is a 'Blessing'. But, I am in my 'bulking' period for body building. Plus, I plan to do a 'cut' (lose weight) starting on Monday anyway.

Well, 174 is NOT my "healthy and lowest". Right now, I feel "fat and sluggish". I am counting down the days until my 5 day 'no solid food fast' that begins on Monday.
During the fast I plan to continue my weightlifting. @Senseiande gave me some suggestions on how to lift without 'carbing up'. When I am on a 'fast' I am <10 carbs a day so that will be the time to give his suggestions a try...
