What kind of calories are you taking in? Have you used the Harris-Benedict formula to calculate your BMR and then your RDI to see how it compares? I had a troop show up over here that couldn't lose no matter what he did working out. Come to find out, he was taking in less than 1000 cal a day. Once we got him to around 2000 a day (still trying to bring it up a few thousand more a day) and gave him a good workout he started to lose weight and tone up. Since he got started on this about three weeks ago he has dropped about 10 pounds. Plus he has been able to take time off his 1.5 mile run. Message me if you have questions and I can tell you more.
